Activating & Managing Your Card
You can use your card before registering, but you have to activate your card to get your rewards.
Once your card is activated, you can check your balance or points (see below). You have to wait until the next business day to redeem your points after your card is activated. If you need help with your card(s), they must be activated online to appear in the system.
Earn Points for Every Purchase
The program is simple! You earn 1 point for every $1 purchased. When you accumulate 70 points, we will automatically put a $5 credit on your card. When you accumulate 280 points, we will automatically put a $20 credit on your card. You can use your credit anyway you’d like! Spend the credit on food or beverages at any of our locations. You can even use it to take your friends out for lunch or dinner.
Points can only be added to your card for items purchased in-store during one business day.
Checking Your Balance or Points
You can check your points balance anytime by logging onto this site. Before you can log in, you will be prompted for a EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD.
As an additional benefit, we will add 10 Points to your active account on the month of your Birthday.
(Active account means that you have made five visit in 365 days.)
Lost or Damaged Cards
A replacement card can be given for lost or damaged cards ONLY if they have been activated. Ask a manager at any location for a replacement card.
Please take your card to any of our locations for assistance. Our manager will be happy to answer any questions or combine multiple accounts. You can also call our office at (336) 378-6066. Please note that cards must be activated before they can be combined.
